Abstract :
Statistical models are strong tools for consideration of real problems and study about epidemics. If these models are constructed carefully they will be able to predict the future behaviors of epidemic. In this paper, we will construct stochastic differential equations of diffusion of HIV infections and diffusion of AIDS disease, such that the solution of these equations shows the diffusion process of HIV infections, AIDS disease, and death from AIDS in IRAN.
