Abstract :
Visceral artery aneury sms are rarely reported. They can occur in the context of a var iety of underlying diseases. These aneurysms may coexist with non- vi sceral arteri al aneurysms. Here we describe an 80-year-old man w ith concomitant superi or mesenteric, celiac, renal, and aort o-bi-iliac aneurysms. The patient was a hypertensive and hyperlipidemic old man with hi story of transient ischemi c attac k and atherosclerotic carot id plaques who developed multiple aneurysms most likely due to degenerative atherosclero tic vascular invol vement. To the best of our knowl edge, thi s constella tion of aneurysms has not yet been reported.
