Abstract :
Trainee teacher will be exposed to a variety of teaching and learning activities inside and outside the classroom. This process will bring them face difficulties when implementing these activities. Accordingly this study identifies whether there is a significant relationship between the perception of a total of 173 trainees for teaching practice and difficulties in implementing activities during their teaching practice in an effort to novice teachers. The findings show that there is a significant negative relationship between the perceptions of teaching practice and difficulty performing activities listed during teaching practice. This relationship suggests that if respondents have a positive perception of teaching practice, they find it easy to do activities during teaching practice and vice versa. The results also show a significant difference in terms of the perception of teaching practice and difficulty performing activities or solve the problems faced. Novice teachers found to have a positive perception of teaching practice and expressed no difficulties in performing activities during teaching practice. This is a situation which is encouraging in our efforts bore novice teacher quality and will educate our children in the future.
