Feasibility Study of Implementation of Isolation Management System in Mobarkeh Steel Company

One of the biggest incidents in the industry is the tragedy of Piper Alpha, which killed more than 200 people on an oil platform in the North Sea. This incident made the oil industry to revise and improve safety systems and more precise paper-based permitting systems were developed. With the growth of information technology, the traditional systems of work permits have been replaced with integrated safe system of work, which, in addition to ensuring work safety, reduces costs. In this research, the current safety system on the site of Mobarakeh casting department was reviewed and a pilot electronics system was developed whose implementation will enhance productivity while improving safety.
