Abstract :
Dermatomyositis (DM) is an idiopathic inflammatory disease affecting primarily the muscles.It is accompanied by many cutaneous changes some of which are pathognomonic for DM.Clinically it has a wide range of manifestation. In certain patients it is associated with someinternal malignancy. The present review focuses on the diverse cutaneous signs seen in DM.
