Abstract :
We report the images of a 50-year-old female who presented with shortness of breath and symptoms of congestive heart failure. She was diagnosed with uterine leiomyosarcoma, and seven years before and she underwent surgical resection with abdominal hysterectomy. She did very well until recently where she began to experience shortness of breath and sought medical advice.
