  • Abstract
    Children‟s rights has evolved from the past to present day. I discuss the development process that pre-existing legal sytems to establish an aduquate view of the foundation. In the last century there has been significant progress in this area. The Republic of Turkey is part of the most important agreement related to children‟s rights, the United Nations Convention on Rights of the Child. This study aims to contribute to amendments in the field of children‟s rights and compare with contemporary constitutions. It is important to evaluate the 1982 Constitution as a comperative approach. During this evaluation this study puts forward ideas how to regulate the children‟s rights in the new constitution.
