Cemal Mıhçıoğlu with His Position and Unique Contributions in Administration Sciences

Focusing on Cemal Mıhçıoğlu who was among the founders of public administration in Turkey, this study is constituted on two primary axes. Under the heading of “Cemal Mıhçıoğlu and Administration Sciences” which is the first axis of study, generel information is presented on the conditions of the period when Cemal Mıhçıoğlu entered to academic society, and then more detailed explanations take place regarding the approaches which Mıhçıoğlu was affected from and was a representer of in Turkey. “Original Contribution of Cemal Mıhçıoğlu” comprises the second axis of the study, and under this heading, four different areas implying unique contribution of Cemal Mıhçıoğlu are analyzed by examining his original works, each under independent headings.
