Abstract :
This study generally investigates the land ownership in Soviet Union founded in 1922 after October 1917 Revolution and collapsed in 1991. The main principles about the Soviet land ownership was determined by the Soviet Decree on land was issued immediately after the October 1917 Revolution. Soviet Union, in which the state ownership is concreted as sockhozes and kolhozes, was collapsed after another land reform executed in 1990. In this paper the period between the two land laws willl be examined with a special interest on the ownership types.
