Abstract
Successful manager attributes are generally conceptualized as male-spesific and it is expressed in think manager-think male context. This study focuses on the classifications of successful managerial attributes and identifying of gender differences in these factors. This difference was examined in the context of of task oriented, leadership oriented,relationshio oriented and emotional oriented with Schein Descriptive Index (1973,1975). These four groups was designed by exploratory factor analyis. Then 2x2 factorial ANOVA was used to indicate proposed-differences. It was found differences for leadership and task oriented but was not found for the other dimensions.
