Abstract :
Adsorption of sodium salicylate and Cr (VI) from aqueous solutions is carried out on polypyrrole using the batch technique. The influence of the solid/liquid ratio, pH and concentration in the adsorption of the ions on polypyrrole was analyzed. The results show that the kinetics fit the pseudo second order model. The linear forms of the adsorption isotherms were used to interpret the adsorption capacities of dichromate and salicylate ions
