Abstract
With the significance of human resources increasing among organizational assets in recent years, the design of the physical and psychological conditions of a work environment has come to the foreground in order to make employees more productive and efficient. Employee alienation and organizational health indicate that the physical and psychological health conditions of an organization must be handled together. The topic of this research is the link between employee alienation and organizational health. The link between alienation in bank employees, who depend heavily on technology, and organizational health has been studied. For data analysis, the arithmethic mean and standard deviation, the t test for independent samples, ANOVA, and regression and correlation analyses have been used. A significant link has been established between participants’ alienation perceptions and organizational health perceptions.
