THE UNITY OF TURKIC NATIONS: AN HISTORIOGRAPHICAL ANALYSIS OF TURKESTAN HISTORY

This article examines materials on the formation of national consciousness instead of imperial in independent Kazakhstan after the Soviet collapse, the period of the beginning of Kazakhstan development. As well as researches on the several taken steps in the period of the independent Kazakhstan about refreshing historical knowledge and notion of Turkic nations union and their options is exlained widely. Also projects about independent Turkistan state based on the union of Turkic people and its implementation (realization) are reviewed.
