Abstract :
The aim of this study was the investigation of the effects of grade levels and sexuality on the students’ perceptions about the assignments in Science and Technology course. Survey method was used in this study. It was performed in the fall term of 2010-2011 academic year with the second level students (Girl, n = 54 and Boy, n = 45; 6th grade = 39, 7th grade = 31, 8th grade = 29). The data has been analyzed by SPSS package program. The analysis of the data was performed through t-test for independent groups and one-way anova. At the end of the study, it was found that there was a significant difference favoring the girl students between girl andboy students’ perceptions about the assignments (t97 = 3.58, p = 0.001 0.05). However, nosignificant grade levels difference was found for students’ perceptions about the assignments (p= 0.975 0.05). The findings of this study to identify the current situation and take measurescan contribute to.
