  • Abstract
    In this study, it was aimed to determine elementary students’ views on the multipleintelligences based instruction in English course. In this study, case study research methodwas used. The study group was from an elementary school in Nigde province. The study group,determined according to “typical case sampling”, one of the purposeful sampling methodsconsisted of 30 elementary school students. An extensive literature review had been madeon the multiple intelligences based instruction and some of the scales were examined in asemi-structured interview form regarding the multiple intelligences based instruction. At theend of this literature review, the semi-structured interview form of the study was preparedby the researcher. Also, students were delivered diaries in order to state their views on the instruction method applied in the classroom. The data were analysed with the content analysistechnique. Based on the content analysis, it was found out that students stated positive views onthe learning process, academic success, classroom communication, social skills, self-respect,self-confidence, attitudes towards the course, and satisfaction of the practices applied in theclassroom.
