Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine, by perception of classroom teachers, the relationship between individual values and organizational citizenship. The study is based on relational method of survey. In the study, rational variety of method is used for determining sampling. In this context, the sampling group is composed of 350 classroom teachers. The surveys; namely Schwartz Value Survey (Schwartz, 1992) and namely Organizational Citizenship Questionnaire (DiPaola, Tarter Hoy, 2005) are used. According to findings, it is found that there is a low level relationship between individual values and organizational citizenship at positive direction
