Abstract :
Educational organizations are places where many people who have different characteristics, attitutes and purposes are together. Therefore, it requires an important administrative skill to lead life there and in this regard it is essential to adapt new administrative approaches in these organizations. While there are consisting improvement efforts to adapt innovations in today’s organizations, it can be futile to insist on traditional administrative practices at schools. In this process, educational organizations that are more complex comparing to other organizations should develop their own structural and expectation patterns that produce interaction among their members. In this respect, as a different educational administration approach, autopiesis is considered as a new structure that means self-renewing and self-protecting systems making schools meaningful. This theoretical study purposes to discuss autopiesis-self-renewing systems- and educational administration relations as a new administrative approach.
