Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between middle school teachers’ organizational creativity and managerial effectiveness perceptions in Şanlıurfa city center. The study was conducted on a sample of 330 teachers. In the research the organizational creativity and managerial effectiveness of teachers were found generally at medium level. While male teachers’ perceptions about organizational creativity werefound to be higher as compared to female teachers, the perceptions of managerial effectiveness of female teachers were found to be higher than those of male teachers. In the research also a positive and high level of correlation was found between organizational creativity and managerial effectiveness. Organizational creativity was found to be a significant predictor of managerial effectiveness.
