Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine public primary school teachers’ perceptions of organizational justice and whether these perceptions differ across gender, age, tenure, branch, educational background, the period of service at school and the period of working with the same principles.The scale of the research was distributed to 499 teachers employed in 11 primary schools in Yenimahalle, the district of Ankara in education year 2011-2012. 400 (%80) scales were returned. 357 (%89) of these scales were analyzed. For data analysis, descriptive statics, t-test, one way-ANOVA and Scheffe test were used.The findings show that teachers’ perception levels of organizational justice and of its all dimensions are high, but the level of teachers’ perceptions of interactional justice is the higher than the other subdimensions.
