Abstract :
The aim of the study was to investigate the classroom management skills of preschool teachers, working in preschool education centres, based on the demographic variables. Descriptive methodology was used in the study and the study took place in TRNC sample. Personal information form and the “Classroom Management Skills for Preschool Teachers Scale” are used as data collection tools. The results of the study revealed that there is no difference between the variables of the classroom management skills of preschool teachers in terms of gender, in-service training, age range of the students and number of students in the class. Whereas, differences are found between the variables such as level of education, graduated degree program and occupational experience.
