Abstract
Research aims to analyze supervisors’ views towards whistleblowing according to its dimensions. The population of the study designed as descriptive survey model consist supervisors working in Izmir Provincial Directorate of National Education, the sample consists of twelve supervisors. Semi-structured interview method’s used. Review documents are transferred to MAXQDA 11 for thematic analyze. Whistleblowing in Supervision Form consist four questions about internal, external, anonymous and supporter whistleblowing is used for data collection. It’s found internal whistleblowing channels are more used, Supervisors reveals their names even if they hide, it’s available through BİMER. Supervisors appreciate their fellows’ expertise and support for testifying the wrongdoing.
