  • Abstract
In this study it is aimed to determine the motivational level of the factors that is expected to increase the motivation level of teachers in case they are achieved by scaling the law of ranking rules. The research is conducted with 242 primary, secondary and high school teachers from Ankara, Antalya, Burdur, İstanbul, Kırıkkale, Kocaeli, Muş, Sakarya, Şanlıurfa and Van in Turkey in 2013- 2014 Academic Year. The scaling operation on the whole data collected from ranking of factors by teachers is made by using binary scaling method and calculations are made with fifth virial equation on the data matrix. It is found that two factors which differ from other factors in terms of motivation distinguish. The most important factor which will increase the motivation level of teachers is “the attempts to increase occupational prestige”,the second factor is “ increasing wages”. The other factors are found to take very approximate values.
