Abstract
The aim of this study is to compare PISA results with regard to the indicators of digital divide and to examine the OAHS of students. As a descriptive study, this study discusses the obtained results the purpose and duration of the use of IT in the classroom or at school; access to IT; OAHS; and scores in the fields of science, mathematics, and reading. According to the results, Turkey falls behind Korea and Finland in terms of access to computers, which has an impact on success rates. In these countries, computer is most used in language classes and least used in mathematics. Additionally, home internet access makes a statistically significant difference in the OAHS of students in these countries.
