Abstract
The information left by especially the traveler and by the other people has a big share for occurring the history consciousness and the historical information. The interpretation of that information by the modern historians and uncovering on behalf of the expansion of history science is also as much as important like the writings of the observers. Ottoman state also hosted many European travelers in its era. A serious travelogue archive consisted by writing of those people many of whom were trained of what they had seen and heard. Those observers were not limited with only travelers but some diplomats and captives provided big contribution to the literature with their writings as memory. So this study is like a small step on behalf of transferring of how the European observers did see the Ottoman science world and the actors of this world in the era of three centuries from the sixteenth to the seventeenth centuries.
