Abstract :
The transparent relay mode increases the throughput which facilities capacity increases within thebase station coverage area. The transparent relay mode is operated in two hop network topologyand supports centralized scheduling only as scheduling is done only in base station. In this paperwe have proposed a new Mathematical model for transparent mode IEEE 802.16j Mobile multihop relay networks and studied about the optimal relay placement and spatial reuse techniques. We have used transparent mode mobile stations connected to transparent mode base station whichare moving at a speed of x m/sec. The transparent mode mobile stations are initially placed nearto transparent mode base station and are moving away from transparent mode base station. Thereis 20-45 % increase in the throughput by placing transparent mode relays transparent mode relaystation at suitable position.
