Edward s syndrome (trisomy 18) is the second most frequent chromosomal disorder after Down syndrome. Characteristic features include intrauterine growth retardation, malformations of craniofacial and extremity, heart anomalies and severe mental deficiency. There are also various eye-related disorders that may accompany this syndrome. The frequent eye-related disorders include the anomalies of cornea, anterior uveal tract, lens and retina. We reported here a case of Edward s syndrome with cloudy cornea, which is very rare.
