Abstract :
Sjögren s Syndrome, a common observed autoimmune disorder, should be considered in the differential diagnosis of apparently idiopathic cytopenias. In Sjögren s Syndrome, pancytopeniais observed rarely. In this case, we report a 50 years old woman patient. The patient is diagnosed as primary Sjögren s Syndrome by reason of the further examinations and she applied with hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia which are accompanied with fever and other clinical symptoms related to pancytopenia.
