Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ionic conductivity as a functionof temperature, range (25 to 75°C)in the imidazolium-based ionic liquids 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(EmimCl) and 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate (BmimPF6) of differentvolume percentages under optimal electrolyte combination conditions. The findings revealed thatwhen 1% EmimCl or 1% BmimPF6was applied, conductivity decreased significantly in relation tothe Kohlrausch relationship. When 1% EmimCl or 2% BmimPF6was added, the study showed thehighest coefficient ofalpha(α),whilebeta(β)was the lowest coefficient for temperature. Inconclusion, the influence of the change in volume percentage on the conductivity is weakened bytemperature control.
