THE FEMALE CHARACTERS IN TARIK BUĞRA’S NOVEL: DÖNEMEÇTE

Tarık Buğra who has thought to write Turkey s panorama with his novels is one of the most important artists of Turkish Literature. One of the published novels of Tarık Buğra is the novel which a female hero stands out as protagonist compared to other heroes. The work of the period in which the events described belong to the period, and thus reflects the historical reality. It is also important in terms of reflecting the people of Anatolia from a sociocultural perspective.In this study, especially the protagonist hero Handan; and all the female heroes of Tarık Buğra s Dönemeçte will be examined in depth.
