Abstract :
The study was conducted in Private Babil Hatchery and completed in the Microbiology Laboratoryof the Animal Production Department / College of Agriculture / Al-Qasim Green University for theperiod 16/02/2016 to 10/3/2016. The study investigated the effect of using three concentrations offormalin and H2O2 solution (0.5, 1, 1.5)% to reducing the Colony Formation Unit(CFU) ofAspergillus sp., Echerichia coli and Salmonella Which are found on the surface of the eggshellhatching the broiler . The sterilization coefficients of the formalin and hydrogen peroxide solutionsignificantly reduced the CFU of Aspergillus, E. coli, and Salmonella sp. compared to formaldehydeevaporation and control at the first day before incubation, at 9 and 18 days of incubation.
