History of Four Early Journals Publication in Academy of Islamic Studies, University of Malaya

In 2015, Academy of Islamic Studies has published eight journals in various disciplines. The publication includes printed publications, on-line and a hybrid form of printed and on-line. The number of eight journals begins with an initial four earlys journals was published in APIUM. The first academic journal began in 1981 with the first release of Jurnal ISLAMIKA, while in 1988 the other academic journal was published with named MEDIUM, after that, followed the publication of the Journal of Sharia and Journal of Usuluddin in 1993. This article will discuss the history of publishing four early journals in APIUM, it’s a beginning as an initial step towards discussing the authoritative journal publishing excellence in APIUM.
