The objective of this study was to determine the validity of the management planning activities for nurturing positive self-concept. The activities were focused on improving the six domains of self-concept through physical, personal, moral, family, social and academic. This is a quantitative research methodology, to determine the expert consensus through questionnaires. 15 teachers involved as a panel of experts in this study. The experts are those who have been working as a teacher for more than ten years and had been directly involved with UBK’s management or supervise as a full-time guidance teacher in school. All data were analyzed using Fuzzy Delphi Method. The results showed that all the planned activities to increase self-concept meets the approval criteria as the agreement percentage of the experts is more than 75%, whereas the threshold value (d construct) is less than 0.2. This finding indicated that the consensus experts of self-concept activities for the six domains are high.
