Abstract :
Modification of the digital signature, based on nonpositional polynomial notations
is developed. The signature algorithm model is based on the scheme of the Digital Signature
Algorithm and nonpositional polynomial notations (NPNs). Application of NPNs allows
creating effective cryptographic systems for high reliability, which enables the confidentiality,
authentication and integrity of stored and transmitted information. Classical notations in
residue number system (RNS), polynomial notations systems in RNS, modular arithmetic are
the synonyms of NPNs.
