Abstract :
We consider a heat interaction of a layered film laying on a solid substrate with laser modulated with frequency ω. Under the assumption that the thickness of the film is much smaller than 1/√ω while heat conductivity of the film is very high, we derive an approximate far field solution to the heat equation and demonstrate that the found asymptotics of the solution can be used for finding averaged parameters of the film.
