  • Abstract
This paper proposes a nonpositional encryption scheme built on the basis of nonpo- sitional polynomial notations (NPNs). To develop the cryptographic transformation system, there were implemented a Feistel network, S-boxes and encryption algorithm KazCipher based on NPNs. The S-boxes were specifically designed for the proposed encryption algorithm. Lin- ear and differential analyses of S-boxes have been conducted. The results of avalanche effect tests of the algorithm are provided
