Abstract :
The purposesof this study are(1) to reveal the difference in the effectsof the practice method and speed on the explosive powerofdwi chagi kick; (2) to describe the interaction between the practice method and speed and the explosive powerofdwi chagi kick; (3) to reveal the difference in the effectsof the practice methodand speed of the explosive power of dwi chagi kick for athletes who have high speed; (4) to reveal the difference in the effect of the practice method and the speed on the explosive power chagi bi-kick for athletes who have low speed. The method used in this research was experiment with a 2x2 factorial design. The data were analysedusing Anova and Tukeyat the 5% significance level. The results can be explained as follows,(1) Overall, there is a difference between the effect of circuit and that of interval training method on the explosive power of dwi chagi kick; (2) There is interaction between the practicemethod, the speed and the explosive power of dwi chagi kick; (3) for athletes with high speed,Circuit training method has higher impacton the explosive power than interval method;(4) athletes who have low speed, the method of interval training hashigher impact on the explosive power than circuit method.
