Abstract :
Formula solutions to the modified Korteweg–de Vries (mKdV) equation with constant coefficients are obtained via the Jacobi elliptic periodic function transform method and symbolic computation. Those periodic solutions degenerate as the corresponding hyperbolic function solutions when the modulus is m fi 1 and trigonal solutions with m → 0.
