  • Abstract
    In the paper, spectral properties of a second order operator-differential equation on a semiaxis are studied. The discreteness conditions of the negative part of the spectrum is found and asymptotic formula for the number of negative eigen values of the operator less than the given number ε (ε > 0) is obtained.
