Abstract :
This article goals a method for calculating steady-state probabilities of the G=M=n=m queueing
systems. The approach based on the use of fictitious phases and hyper-exponential approximations
with parameters of the paradoxical and complex type by method of moments. The obtained results are
verified using simulation models
