Abstract :
Despite well-established cardiovascular benefits, statins have been associated with myopathic side effects ranging from myalgias to
rhabdomyolysis and autoimmune necrotizing myositis. Statins have not been previously shown to cause myocarditis. Our case
highlights this rare entity.
