Abstract
Iatrogenic retrograde dissection (IRD) into the aortic root
is a rare and potentially catastrophic complication of coronary
angiography (CAG) and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) (1). We report two cases with IRD who were
successfully managed.
