Evaluation of training skills course program

Objective: The main objective of this research is to evaluate the training skills course program. Training skills course program was evaluated within the framework of the program. Materials and Methods: In this research, test data from 34 doctors and 25 doctors’ perceptions about the program are used. Thirty-question pre-and post-tests were applied and the scores of pre-and post-tests were compared with related samples t-test. Using the scores and opinions of the participants, we evaluated the effectiveness of the program. Results: Skills training course’ curriculum design is in harmony with the basics elements of the program. There is a significant difference between the scores of pre and post tests. Conclusion: Participants’ feedbacks about training skills course are positive.
