Abstract :
New syntheses have been developed for the synthesis of (borohydrido- 3H)tris[5 -(trimethylsilyl)cyclopentadienyl]uranium(IV), [U(BH4)(C8H13Si)3] or Cp0 3U(BH4) (Cp0 = C5H4SiMe3) and its structure has been determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. This compound crystallized in the space group P1 and the structure features three 5 -coordinated Cp0 rings and a 3-coordinated (BH4) ligand.
