Abstract :
Internal factors can be both considered ed as an opportunity and as a constraint for the talent maannagement process in organizations. The purpose of this article article is to investigate the status of the components of intra-ororganizational factors and their relationship with strategic taletalent management by structural equation modeling approroachach. This research is descriptive of correlation type in term ms s of nature, and applied in terms of purpose, and surveyy in terms of method. The statistical population of the researchresearch is the managers and employees of Islamic Azad Univversitieersities of Sistan and Baluchestan province that 194 people ple were selected using stratified sampling method. In ororder to collect data, researcher-made questionnaires based based on on the study of literature and articles were prepared. TTh he face and content validity of the questionnaires were conconfirmed based on the opinion of the subject exper pertsts. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the variables was also estimated to estimated to be higher than 0.7 which indicates the internal cooernal coordination of items and the confirmation of reliability. InIn order to analyze the data, one-sample t-test was used used by applying SPSS software and structural equations mododeling using PLS software. The results showed that at the components of organizational structure, leadership style, style, organizational culture, individual abilities and motivatorators are at the desired level (higher than the measured average erage limit). There is a positive and significant relationship relationship between the dimensions of intra-organizational factoractors and strategic talent management at a significance levele level o of less than 0.05.
