Abstract :
The spread of the corona virus and the epidemic and the threat to the health of people in the community is a matter related to the preservation of human life; With the outbreak of the virus, it has closed public places, including mosques and mosques. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was a jurisprudential approach to the closure of holy places, which shows the presence of jurisprudence in the social life of the people; Hence, the intellect independently rules to prevent harm. On the other hand, due to the high position of mosques in Islam and the basic rules regarding the mosque, the closure of this holy place is a secondary ruling that is due to the spread of this virus with emergency conditions that remain in force after the removal of this complication. Is. Also, in the Islamic government, preserving the lives of individuals and the interests of society requires that human gathering centers be temporarily closed so that the general conditions of the people and society return to normal and basic.
