Politics and Governance in Islam

In this study, we deal with the political system in Islam, which is represented in the rulership of God and his validity for legislation. On its necessity as a prelude to exporting the Islamic revolution to the whole world. Therefore, there is no distinction between politics and religion; Of course, the concept of political system in Islam, according to the teachings of the Ahl alBayt, is also different from other teachings, so the beliefs of other schools can not be ignored. These cases are important principles that the doctrine of Islam adopts that in using the text of the Holy Quran and in the method of imitation to implement the legal rules, enjoining the good and forbidding the evil and the category of caliphate, there is a view that there are cases in The Holy Quran has been cited; Because believing in the infallibility of the Prophet and his family is from God. Therefore, in this research, evidence has been presented about the correctness of beliefs in order to determine the authority for issuing divine verses and how to interpret it.
