Abstract
A structured training program with clearly defined learning outcomes/objectives for postgraduate dermatology training in Pakistan is essentially required. This was realized and endorsed in a meeting of Faculty of Dermatology, College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) held simultaneously at Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Peshawar via Video Conference on 24th Nov 2009.1 At the conclusion of meeting all faculty members were requested to develop structured training program as soon as possible. The purpose of the following suggested training program is that, at the end of initial 6 months of training in an accredited dermatological department of CPSP, the trainee develops essential skills to pursue rest of duration of Member College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (MCPS) training as self-learner under guidance of his supervisor.
