Abstract :
Primary cardiac malignancy is very uncommon. The incidence of primary cardiac neoplasm range between 0.17% and 0.9% in unselected autopsy series [1,3]. Approximately 25% of primary cardiac tumors are malignant of these about 75% are sarcomas. Nearly 50% of these sarcomas are angiosarcoma and rhabdomyosarcoma.[1] Secondary cardiac neoplasms are 20 to 40 times more common than primary heart malignancies[1,2]. In addition, Wilm s tumor has also been encoun- tered in association with other malig- nancies such as botryoid rhabdomyosar- coma, retinoblastoma , hepatocellular carcinoma and neuroblastoma .[4]
