Abstract
Three isolates/stains of Metarhizium anisopliae were isolated from swarmed adults of Coptotermes heimi at Murree. The exposure method of these isolates against termites included soil substrate and filter paper treatment with different concentrations s (1x 10^4, 1x 10^6, 1x 10^8, 1x 10^10 conidia/ml) of conidial suspension. LT50 for three strains of M anisopliae on C. heimi were comparatively more (31-69 hrs) in soil than on filter paper (49-103 hrs). There was significant difference in different concentrations of all strains of M. anisolpliae and among the strains as well (p 0.05).
