Abstract :
The second part of the article pursues to research the adhesion properties of a new solution based on a natural animal polymer. Mathematical modeling and the optimization of the peel force of the solution were presented by the rotatable central composition design, enabled by the factorial program order 22. The independent variables were X1 – concentration of natural animal polymer, which gives adhesion properties of the solution, X2 – pressing time, which influences the bonding of the samples, while the samples stay pressed, allowing the solution to penetrate fabric samples, and dependent variable Y – peel force, which will give the adhesion properties of the solution based on a natural animal polymer. Woven fabric samples were bonded with the solution based on a natural animal polymer and the samples were tested to determine the optimum peel force to test the adhesion properties of the solution. Peel force is used to measure the adhesive bond strength of a material, typically an adhesive. The results show that this solution presents bonding capacity and can also be reactivated by immersion in warm water, preserving the adhesion and reactivation of the solution increase peel force.
